How soon will I receive my new window coverings?
With distribution centers located in Jeffersonville, Indiana and Seattle, Washington your product is never far away. Dick's Discount Blinds ships all stock orders by UPS Ground. You should usually receive your order in 3 days or less! Call your customer service representative toll free at (877) 855-8155 for information on priority shipping and tracking.

What is a "wand-draw" vertical?
Dick's Discount Blinds and the Window Coverings Safety Council recommend that consumers purchase Wand-Draw verticals for child safety precaution. These verticals use a wand to both open and draw the vanes rather than traditional cords & chains. The result is a safer, more durable blind with fewer operating parts.

Do you sell flame retardant draperies?
Our Duraflax™ draperies are available in a flame-retardant material for a slight surcharge! This material is an insulated, foam-backed washable fabric that meets NFPA 701 fire retardant standards. Black-out fabrics are also available.
Are your mini-blinds lead free?
Dick's Discount Blinds is concerned about consumer safety and that is why you will see the "NO LEAD" stamp on all of our product packaging. All of Dick's Discount Blinds vinyl products are manufactured with a no lead formula.
